These Terms of Use govern your use of Static Brawl, a free, offline, local two-player party game for iOS. Please read them before playing. They are written plainly to match how the game actually works.
Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using Static Brawl, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
License to use
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Static Brawl for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not rent, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app.
No purchases and no virtual currency
Static Brawl is completely free. There are no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions of any kind. The game has no in-game currency and no virtual items to buy, sell, trade, or exchange for anything of value. Player profiles, records, standings, and achievements are progress markers only, with no real-world worth.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, modify, or attempt to extract the source of the app, and not to redistribute or repackage it. Static Brawl is intended for personal, in-the-room play between two people sharing one device.
Offline & on-device
Static Brawl runs entirely on your device with no accounts, no internet connection, no advertising, and no third-party software development kits. All data it creates stays on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Static Brawl, including its design, artwork, visual effects, and code, is the property of its developer and is protected by applicable law. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Static Brawl is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Family-friendly audience
Static Brawl is suitable for a general audience. It contains no ads, no purchases, and no way to communicate with other people through the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
